Riding
Our yard is set in the delightful Shropshire countryside and offers comfortable, modern facilities in a peaceful setting.
Open from April to September, due to weather. (except for holiday week from 18th-25th April 2020)
2 horses maximum at a time.
Access and parking for a car and trailer or horsebox
Horses get their own turnout paddock and stable with bedding and hay included.

Hacking Out
Set in 27 acres of delightful Shropshire countryside, the farm offers ample opportunities for a gentle hack around quiet lanes.
Accompanied Ride
Why not take advantage of our local knowledge and book a guided ride? Lasting either 1 or 2 hours, a guided ride is the perfect way to discover the beautiful landscape surrounding the farm. Guided rides are available daily at a cost of £15.00 for 1 hour or £25.00 for 2 hours.
Unaccompanied Ride
You may prefer the freedom to explore at your leisure. Moorehouse Farm is surrounded by an abundance of quiet lanes and by-ways and is perfect for a relaxing ride. We can even provide you with a hearty, farmhouse packed lunch if you are planning a longer trek!
Accommodation
At Moorehouse Farm we offer a selection of accommodation that caters for all tastes and budgets. And you don’t have to love riding to enjoy a holiday on the farm. Our farmhouse B&B rooms are perfect if you just want to get away from it all – with or without your horse. You’re always assured of a warm welcome!

Although you have chosen the perfect escape for you and your horse, there may be times when you just want to get out and about on your own. There is a huge variety of things to do around Moorehouse Farm. Walking, cycling (bikes available for hire on site), fishing and golf nearby. However, if you just want to ‘play it by ear’ when you get here, let us know what you feel like doing and we’ll recommend some places of interest or things to do.
