Day One
Arrive today and settle in to your choice of accommodation. Choose from a quality bed and breakfast or a hotel with pool, both are within easy reach of the stables. Your horse will be staying at our riding centre and livery yard just 10 minutes from where you choose to stay. The riding centre is situated in pleasant rural surroundings in the county of Flintshire North Wales, known as the gateway to Wales. Here you can enjoy the relaxed countryside location with direct access onto the local Gronant, Talacre Beach along the stables very own private bridleway. The location allows for superb hacking over nearby hillside routes with spectacular view on miles of open beach. If you’d like to exercise your horse this evening there are three all weather arenas.
Day Two
After a full cooked English breakfast you will be heading to the riding stables to see your horse. From here the choice is yours as to what you want to do with your time. The riding stables are British Horse Society approved. The stables will provide you with information and a map regarding the routes you can and can't ride on.
Facilities at the yard include 3 sanded arenas all of which are illuminated and one of which has a jumping course set up permanently; a private bridleway leading directly on to Talacre Beach and 4 resident instructors if you wish to book any lessons. There is also a large tack shop selling all types of Country Clothing such as Joules, Puffa, Caldene, Mountain Horse plus many more. This evening you may like to try one of the local pubs or restaurants.
Day Three
Today is your final day and by now you should have a good idea of the area and the local rides. You may like to enjoy a canter or gallop along 5 miles of clear white sandy beach following the sand dunes and private bridle paths back to the stables which offer truly stunning views. For non-riders wanting to come along, you are perfectly located to explore the many attractions of Anglesey and the surrounding Flintshire coast line including Greenfield Valley and Dyserth Waterfalls. The walled Roman City of Chester is a 45 minute drive along the North Wales coast, great for shopping and gastronomy. Conway is 25 minutes, the mountainous splendour of Snowdonia is 45 minutes away and several National Trust properties including Bodnant Gardens. Holyhead and the Dublin Ferry are 1.5 hours away.

Our bring your own horse package includes bedding, stabling and haylage. Grazing is not available for visiting horses.
Note the drive to the B&B is unsuitable for a horse box. If you come with a trailer then you can unhitch at the stables, there is plenty of secure off road parking.
